Supported living is a service that helps adults with a wide range of support needs gain and maintain their independence while having the physical and emotional support needed to lead completely fulfilled lives in their own homes. Whether an individual has mild, moderate, or severe challenges, Jade Enhanced Support Services (JESS) can provide a high level of support to enable him/her to live an inclusive and fulfilled life.
JESS utilizes a person-centered approach to provide the necessary level of support needed for success. We use evidence-based, applied behavior analysis (ABA) approaches to assess and develop positive behavior support plans to address each individual's specific need.
